This coat is perfect for the in-between seasons. It will take you from fall into early winter and from late winter into spring. Depending on the climate where you live, you could wear this coat through a mild winter, with or without an extra layer.

Like its name implies, this style is reversible. On one side, the fabric is wind and water-resistant, although not totally waterproof because the seams are not sealed. It will protect you from the elements when walking in light rain, wind or wet snow. (We don’t recommend wearing this coat in a huge downpour. Better reach for the raincoat instead or take the umbrella along!)

The other side of this coat is made of light-weight Melton wool. This style is longer than the other designs, a full 12 cm (5 inches) below the knee. It can be made longer or shorter to suit.

The fabric colours evoke thoughts of spring and will brighten up those grey autumn days. Fabrics are described below.

• Very roomy style with drop shoulders allows ample room for adding a layer
• Designed with changing weather in mind, this coat has a good hood that stays close to the face, protecting head and neck from cold and wind.
• Oversized patch pockets on one side
• A wide, woven ribbon in a geometric design adorns the front length on the Melton wool side, as well as cuffs and hood.

Colour Combinations

• Light-weight Melton wool in Aqua, and a choice of three colours for the water-resistant side: burnt orange, dark navy, and black. Trimmed on the wool side with a wide, woven ribbon in an attractive geometric design.
• Light-weight Melton wool in orange sherbet, with a crinkled elephant grey on the water-resistant side. Trimmed on the wool side with the same ribbon as above.
• Light-weight Melton wool in cobalt blue, and a choice of three colours for the water-resistant side: magenta, vintage-mauve, and cobalt blue. Accent trim complements the wool side.
